Firma prowadzi sklep spożywczo-przemysłowy oraz tartak drzewny. Nigdy nie zajmowała się sprzedażą samochodów, maszyn rolniczych, a w szczególności ciągników.

Kilka miesięcy temu firma padła ofiarą oszustwa internetowego. Oszust wystawił na sprzedaż ciągnik marki John Deere 3300. Poszkodowany właściciel firmy - Andrzej Sobol - wpłacił zaliczkę, lecz do dnia dzisiejszego nie otrzymał ani ciągnika, ani zwrotu pieniędzy. Niestety oszust wszedł w posiadanie wszystkich danych firmy i jej właściciela. Teraz wykorzystuje je bezprawnie i zamieszcza ogłoszenia dotyczące sprzedaży ciągników na różnych portalach internetowych. Podszywając się pod Andrzeja Sobola oraz szyld jego firmy dokonuje dalszych oszustw i wyłudza pieniądze od innych osób. Oszust działa nie tylko na terenie całej Polski, ale również za granicą. Sprawą zajmuje się Komenda Policji w Kozienicach. Zostało wszczęte postępowanie. Jednak niestety do chwili obecnej oszust nie został schwytany. Zwracamy się z ogromną prośbą o nieodpowiadanie na ogłoszenia, w których rzekomy zleceniodawca Andrzej Sobol lub jego firma oferują sprzedaż ciągników. Z całą pewnością jest to OSZUSTWO!!!!! Bardzo często dane firmy są wykorzystywane dopiero w momencie sporządzania umowy. Prosimy o zachowanie szczególnej czujności!

The firm runs a grocery and a sawmill. It has never engaged in selling cars, agrarian machines or, in particular, tractors.

A few months ago the firm fell victim to internet fraud. A fraud put a tractor up on sale. The make of the tractor was John Deere 3300. The owner of the firm – Andrzej Sobol – made a down payment. As it turned out – in vain. To date, he still has not received neither the tractor, nor the refund. Unfortunately the fraud acquired all the owner’s as well as the firm’s data. He is using it now illegally in order to advertise tractors for sale on various portals and websites. Passing himself off as Andrzej Sobol and making use of his firm’s name, the fraud is deceiving more and more people, consecutively swindling money out of innocent individuals. The fraud is operating not only at the territory of the whole Poland, but also abroad. The police station in Kozienice has been investigating the affair from the very beginning. Legal proceedings have been already commenced. Unluckily, till today the police have not managed to arrest the fraud. Thus, we would like to appeal to all the potential buyers for ignoring advertisements in which a reputed seller, Andrzej Sobol or his firm, offers the sale of tractors. Please, do not respond to such advertisements, because, with all certainty, they are FAKE!!! Frequently our firm’s data does not appear until the moment of setting up a contract. Remain vigilant!

Die Firma führt ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Segelmühle. Nie hat sie sich mit dem Handel von Autos und Agrarmaschinen, insbesondere Traktoren beschäftigt.

Vor ein paar Monaten fiel die Firma zum Opfer eines Internet-Betruges. Der Betrüger bat per Internet einen Traktor John Deere 3300 zum Verkauf an. Der betroffene Firmeneigentümer – Andrzej Sobol – zahlte einen Vorschuss ein, aber bis heute hat er weder den Traktor, noch die Rückgabe des Geldes erhalten. Leider ist jetzt der Betrüger im Besitz alle Daten der Fima und ihres Eigentümers. Er verwendet sie gesetzwidrig und gibt Anzeigen für Traktoren-Verkauf in unterschiedlichen Online-Portalen auf. Der Betrüger gibt sich als Andrzej Sobol aus, benutzt sein Firmenschild, um weitere Betrüge zu begehen und Geld von anderen Menschen zu erschwindeln. Er ist nicht nur im Polen, sondern auch im Ausland tätig. Mit diesem Verbrechen beschäftigt sich die Polizeibehörde in Kozienice. Es wurde ein Verfahren eingeleitet. Leider wurde der Betrüger bis heute noch nicht festgenommen. Wir bitten Anzeigen nicht zu beantworten, wo angeblicher Auftraggeber Andrzej Sobol oder seine Firma Traktors zum Verkauf anbieten. Mit Sicherheit ist das ein BETRUG!!!! Sehr often werden Firmendaten erst bei dem Vertragsabschluss eingesetzt. Wir bitten Sie um höchste Wachsamkeit!
